About the Role
We're looking for a hybrid Graphic Designer and Video Editor to produce creatives across multiple client accounts — static social posts, ad creatives, short-form video, brand collateral, and campaign assets. You'll work closely with the social media and SEO teams to turn briefs into scroll-stopping work.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Design social media creatives, carousels, and static ads for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Display
Create brand collateral: brochures, pitch decks, packaging mockups, standees, and print material
Design landing page and website visuals in coordination with the web team
Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across every client account
Build reusable templates and asset libraries to speed up recurring deliverables
Video Editing
Edit short-form vertical video for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style formats — cuts, pacing, captions, trending audio
Produce long-form content: brand films, testimonials, YouTube videos, webinar recaps
Add motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and animated text




Handle basic colour correction, audio cleanup, and export optimization per platform
Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form assets
Collaboration & Process
Interpret creative briefs from account and social teams; ask the right questions upfront
Manage revisions across multiple accounts without losing track of versions
Maintain organized project files, raw footage, and asset archives
Meet publishing deadlines set by content calendars
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on design and video editing experience, preferably in an agency
Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva; robust grasp of typography, layout, colour, and hierarchy
Video: Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; After Effects for motion graphics; CapCut for quick short-form turnarounds
A portfolio showing both static design and video work — this is non-negotiable for shortlisting
Understanding of platform specs, aspect ratios, and safe zones
Ability to handle 3–5 accounts and juggle competing deadlines.
