Position: Sourcing Manager – Channel Partner
Location: South Bombay
Experience: 1–6 Years | Segment: Luxury Real Estate

Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard and manage Channel Partners in South Bombay.
Build strong relationships with existing CPs and brokers.
Generate leads, site visits and business through the CP network.
Expand and activate the Channel Partner network across the SOBO market.
Drive business for luxury and premium real estate projects.
Track CP performance and achieve assigned business targets.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Prior experience working in South Bombay is mandatory/preferred.
Strong existing Channel Partner/Broker network in South Bombay.
Experience in luxury/premium real estate will be an advantage.
Solid communication, networking and relationship-management skills.
Candidates currently residing in Mumbai preferred; relocation candidates will not be considered.
