About TrueFoundry

Every production AI system whether it's powering customer support, writing code, analyzing financial data, or diagnosing medical conditions needs the same foundational infrastructure. A way to route between models. A way to manage tools and integrate them securely. A way to orchestrate agents and enforce governance. A unified compute layer to run it all.

That infrastructure layer is being built right now.

We're Series A, backed by Intel Capital and Sequoia. Companies like CVS, Mastercard, Siemens, Paytm, Synopsys, and Zscaler run production AI workloads on our platform.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team.

The Problem We're Solving

Our buyers are platform engineers, ML engineers, and AI architects. They don't read press releases. They read GitHub issues, Reddit threads, and X replies. They lurk in Discord servers before they ever fill out a form. They form opinions about infrastructure long before anyone from sales talks to them.

Most infrastructure companies get this wrong. They post product screenshots on LinkedIn, run the same copy across every channel, and wonder why a developer audience ignores them.

We want the opposite. We have a genuinely technical story to tell — AI Gateway, MCP Gateway, Agent Gateway, TrueForge, KubeElasti — and an engineering team that ships fast enough to keep a content engine fed. What we need is someone who knows how each channel actually behaves, who the person on the other end is, and how to earn attention from an audience that is allergic to marketing.

What You'll Own

- Channel strategy and calendar. Build and run TrueFoundry's plan across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Discord, and YouTube, with a clear point of view on what each channel is for. No cross-posting the same asset five ways.
- Persona-first content.

Translate what our engineers build into posts that a platform engineer, an ML engineer, and a VP of Platform each find worth their time. Know the difference between the three.
- Community, not just broadcast. Grow and run our Discord community and our presence in developer communities r/MachineLearning, r/LocalLLaMA, r/devops, Hacker News, relevant Slack groups, as a participant, not a poster. Answer questions. Know when self-promotion helps and when it burns credibility.
- Launch moments. Turn product launches, open-source releases, benchmark results, analyst coverage, and integrations into coordinated pushes across channels.
- Formats. Short technical threads, architecture diagrams, demo clips, comparison posts, changelog posts, memes that land with engineers. Commission or produce the visual and video assets you need.
- Events and conferences. Cover our events, dinners, hackathons, and conference presence live, and turn the recordings into a month of content.

Who You Are

- 3–7 years running social media for a developer-facing, technical, or open-source product. This is the hard requirement consumer or general B2B social experience alone won't transfer.
- Hands-on track record across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Discord, and you can explain why the same post would succeed on one and fail on another, bonus for YouTube, Hacker News, Bluesky, Slack communities, or dev.to.

- You can read a technical blog post or a docs page and pull a good thread out of it without asking an engineer to write it for you.
- You understand the AI infrastructure landscape well enough to have opinions on LLM gateways, agents, MCP, inference, Kubernetes, GPUs. You don't need to write production code; you do need to not be bluffing.
- Comfortable being the person in the Reddit or Discord thread. You know how developer communities respond to vendors and you've earned trust in one before.
- Strong writer with range: you can be precise and technical in one post and funny in the next, without sounding like a brand account.
- Fluent with the tooling: scheduling and listening platforms, basic design (Figma/Canva), basic video editing, and AI tools used well rather than used to generate slop.
- You operate without a playbook handed to you. This is a build-it role on a small marketing team.

Nice to Have

- You have grown a Discord or developer community from a few hundred to a few thousand active members.
- You've run social for an open-source project and understand the GitHub-to-community loop.
- Your own following in AI/ML or developer circles.

Perks of Working at TrueFoundry

- Lunch and snacks are on us whenever you come into the office.
- Work from another TrueFoundry office for up to 3 months each year London or the Bay Area if you'd like a change of scenery.
- Learning and development budget.
