Responsibilities
- Key ResponsibilitiesL3 Application Support
- Provide advanced support for QlikView dashboards, reports, and analytical applications. [ | Word]
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents, visualization issues, and reload failures. [ | Word]
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and support KPIs.
- Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management activities.
- Dashboard & Visualization Support
- Troubleshoot report performance issues and optimize dashboard response times.
- Support report development, modifications, and enhancements.
- Validate KPI calculations, business logic, and data accuracy.
- Resolve data reconciliation issues between source systems and dashboards.
- Support publishing and migration of reports across environments.
- Data & ETL Validation
- Validate data loads, reload schedules, and refresh processes.
- Perform SQL-based analysis to identify data quality issues.
- Work with ETL and Data Engineering teams to resolve upstream data issues.
- Monitor scheduled jobs and reporting dependencies.
