Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting V-Rich products in a clear and compelling manner.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive with follow-ups,
and comfortable working towards sales targets. You will play an significant role in converting leads into customers while ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable V-Rich products.
- Qualify leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Manage and update customer and lead information in the CRM/sales tracking system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention and upselling.
