About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager - Philippines, you will manage a dual-focus sales role covering both:

- Hunting: Winning new enterprise customers
- Farming: Expanding and strengthening existing strategic accounts

You will work closely with C-level executives and HR leaders to understand their talent challenges and position solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, engage, and close new enterprise business opportunities, particularly within the BPO industry
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and HR leadership
- Understand clients’ business challenges, talent needs, and market priorities
- Lead consultative sales discussions and recommend suitable talent solutions
- Deliver sales presentations and manage objections and roadblocks
- Develop strategic account plans and maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Share talent-management insights and best practices with clients





Must-Have Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
- Experience covering both new business acquisition and account expansion
- Proven enterprise solution-sales experience, particularly within the BPO industry
- Experience selling strategic business solutions to C-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working in a consultative selling setting

Good-to-Have

- Experience selling HR technology, talent assessments, learning and development, talent management, or related HR solutions
- Qualification in Human Resources or a business-related discipline
