- Setup teams for future projects
- Positive Knowledge and experience in Agile processes including Scrum
- Manage Backlog and priorities for the development team
- Risk management and mitigation planning
- Resource allocation and management
- Excellent Collaboration, Program Management and Team management skills
- Project monitoring and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Quality assurance and control
- Stakeholder communication and reporting
- Change management
- Should be ready for 24/7 support for the production applications
- Good handson experience in mobile application development

Basic requirements and Education

- Business fluent English
- University degree in computer science or a comparable field of study (B.Eng./ B.Sc./ M.Sc./ Ph.D.).

Required Experience and Skills

- At least 10 years of experience in Product development with Lead experience.
- Project Management, Excellent Communication, Networking and Organizing Skills.
- Skilled in Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and good problem-solving skills
