Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead to join our SAP Planning – Delivery team as an Associate Manager. You will own the full lifecycle of IBP projects, partnering with business stakeholders, functional experts, and technical teams to design, configure, and roll out high‑impact planning solutions that boost supply‑chain visibility, agility, and decision‑making across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

- Own the complete IBP project lifecycle from blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, to production rollout and hypercare.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams—including functional consultants, developers, data engineers, and integration specialists—to ensure seamless execution.
- Configure and customize core IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP;) following SAP best practices.
- Design and implement data integration pipelines using SAP PO, CPI, SAP BW/4HANA, or other middleware tools.
- Lead testing activities, including unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing, and ensure solution quality.
- Mentor junior consultants and analysts,



fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Monitor project health, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned, emerging SAP IBP features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of hands‑on experience delivering SAP IBP implementations and transformations.
- Proven ability to lead large‑scale, end‑to‑end IBP projects across multiple modules.
- Deep understanding of supply‑chain planning concepts such as demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP.;
- Expertise in IBP configuration, data modeling, analytics, and scenario planning.
- Solid experience with data integration tools (SAP PO, CPI, SAP BW/4HANA) and data migration techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior business leaders.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities for multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel across India for client engagements as required.
