Position: Support Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Qualification: BCA or Any Graduate

Budget Range: Up to ₹3.60 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor support tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide first-level support to clients by addressing queries, issues,



and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Participate in client meetings and support implementation activities.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and end users.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation and support records.
- Gather and document Change Requests (CRs) from clients.
- Track and follow up on open issues to ensure timely closure.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support.
