Job Description:

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager - Field Sales to spearhead initiatives aimed at generating and engaging with business partners to build new business opportunities for the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities and a proven track record in executing strategic plans. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and pursue current business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio. ● Develop and maintain relationships with clients, company promoters and rating agencies. ● Generate leads, conduct client meetings and manage follow-ups through to closure. ● Drive business development activities and achieve defined revenue targets. ● Lead and mentor the business development team to ensure target achievement. ● Collaborate with management on business strategies and deal closures. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in Finance or a related field preferred.



● 8 to 10 years of relevant Business Development experience, in Credit Rating / Credit Rating Advisory. ● Prior experience in team handling and business development is essential. ● Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to confidently interact with clients, promoters, CXOs and rating agencies. ● Strong lead generation, follow-up and client acquisition skills. ● Target-driven and proactive approach. ● Proficiency in English, Hindi and regional language. ● Personal two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory and willingness to travel extensively.
