Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls and customer enquiries.

- Generate, qualify and follow up on leads.

- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and offers.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits.

- Maintain lead database and update CRM regularly.

- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams.

- Achieve lead generation and site visit targets.

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails and WhatsApp.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Strong telecalling and customer engagement abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Office

Robust follow-up and target-oriented approach.

Should be fluent in English & Tamil
