1. Test Strategy and Execution :

- Ø Provide direction to the QA, GC, Partners and Actuary team for designing, planning, and executing UAT projects.
- Ø Ensure system(portal/PIE/GC) system quality at all stages of the system life cycle
- Ø Create and maintain user acceptance test (UAT) scenarios for multiple projects simultaneously

2. Collaboration and Communication

- Ø Act as the point of contact (POC) for all assigned UAT projects and releases.
- Ø Liaise with business analysts, partners, developers and IT to analyse unique issues/bugs
- Ø Be the first point of contact for IT & partners to assist in resolving integration, blaze and GC related issues

3. UAT Test Case Design and Execution:

- Ø Design and create UAT test cases.
- Ø Identify relevant data for testing.
- Ø Analyze test results and report in a timely manner.
- Ø Familiarize yourself with best practices and standards by collaborating with your immediate team
