We are seeking a driven and experienced Investor Relations qualified with 3 to 4 years of experience to manage and scale client relationships. Candidates with prior agency experience from firms such as CDR, SGA, Valorem, or Go Advisors are strongly preferred.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
Should have 3-4 years of experience in Investor Relations (Would prefer candidates from CDR, SGA, Valorem, Go Advisors)
- Should have handled IR clients independently across market caps and sectors
- Should have experience in interacting with CFOs / IR Heads for day-to-day operations
- Should have excellent relationships with Fund Houses (Large & Quasi) and Research Houses
- Should have experience of arranging Non-Deal Roadshows (NDR), Plant / Site Visits,
Analyst Meets and getting investor conference opportunities for clients
- Should know how to prepare investor presentations, analytical reports, peer analysis report, industry reports, and communication materials
- Preparing Quarterly action plans, Undertaking quarterly results activities, annual review documents
- Should be a pure team player and self-motivated
