- We are seeking a skilled and proactive Windows Administrator with strong Desktop Support and Troubleshooting expertise to join our IT team
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands on experience in managing Windows operating systems end user support hardware and software troubleshooting Active Directory administration and IT infrastructure support
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems providing technical assistance to users and maintaining Windows based environments
- Key Responsibilities
- Windows Administration
- Install configure and maintain Windows 10 11 operating systems
- Manage user accounts groups and permissions through Active Directory
- Perform regular system updates patch management and security compliance checks
- Monitor system performance and resolve operating system related issues
- Maintain domain joined systems and troubleshoot Group Policy issues
- Desktop Support
- Provide L1 L2 technical support for desktops laptops printers and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot hardware software network VPN and application related issues
- Diagnose and resolve incidents through ticketing tools within defined SLAs
- Install configure and support business applications and productivity tools
- Support user onboarding offboarding and workstation setup activities
- Troubleshooting Incident Management
- Investigate and resolve Windows operating system errors and performance issues
- Troubleshoot Office 365 Outlook Teams OneDrive and other Microsoft applications
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and track resolution
- Asset Documentation Management
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses
- Document troubleshooting steps standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 11 administration
- Experience with Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP and Windows Server basics
- Valuable understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and support
