Visualizer / Designer - Beauty & Personal Care - 7 Years We are looking for a senior Visualizer / Designer with 7 years of experience in visualizing, art direction or graphic design for consumer brands. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in campaign development, key visuals, digital and commerce formats, typography, colour and composition. A strong portfolio demonstrating personal ownership of visual routes and adaptable creative systems is essential.

Responsibilities

- Translating brand strategy, copy hierarchy and campaign objectives into distinct visual routes for review and selection.
- Developing key visuals, moodboards, typography, colour, imagery, composition systems and layout directions for priority campaigns.
- Creating and directing visual adaptations across digital, social, marketplace, product-page, retail and commerce formats.
- Providing designer-ready visual guidance, references and layout specifications while reviewing execution against approved routes.
- Collaborating with copy, performance, e-commerce, video, photography and artwork teams to ensure visual consistency across formats.
- Maintaining organised source assets and route versions while incorporating feedback and documenting reusable creative principles.

Requirements

- 7 years of experience in visualizing, art direction or senior graphic design for consumer-facing brands.




- Strong portfolio demonstrating personally owned visual routes, campaign systems, key visuals and multi-format adaptations.
- Strong command of hierarchy, typography, colour, composition, imagery and digital/commerce design requirements.
- Experience working with brand, copy, performance marketing, e-commerce, production and artwork teams.
- Degree or formal qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field is preferred.
