Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Kolkata.

The Video

Editor will collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing team members to produce video content that showcases client websites, services, and brand stories. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage into polished videos, applying color grading, adding motion graphics, and integrating visual assets to create engaging digital content for web and social media channels. The role also involves organizing media files, maintaining consistent branding across all video outputs, and meeting project deadlines while following creative briefs.

Editor is expected to participate in team reviews, incorporate feedback, and contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and overall content quality.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including assembling footage, trimming clips, and creating cohesive narratives.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and style across different projects.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to design titles, overlays, transitions, and visual elements that enhance engagement.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent tools).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio demonstrating previous video work.
