Modern Age Coders is a live online education platform teaching coding, mathematics, and creative tech skills to students across 15+ countries. Our learners range from kids to adults, and our classes are fun, practical, and project-driven. We're now launching Video Editing courses and are looking for a creative, energetic instructor to lead them.

Who We're Looking For

We want someone dynamic and cool, who lives and breathes video editing and can make students excited to create. If you edit Reels, YouTube videos, or short films for fun or for clients, and you love explaining how you do it, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

- Teach live, interactive one-on-one and small-group video editing classes online
- Take students from basics to advanced skills: cutting, transitions, color grading, audio mixing, text and motion graphics, and exporting for different platforms
- Teach industry tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and Canva, along with the latest AI-powered editing tools
- Guide students through hands-on projects like YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, Shorts, vlogs, and short films
- Adapt your teaching style for different age groups, from kids to working professionals




- Give constructive feedback on student projects and track their progress

What You Need

- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut is a big plus)
- A portfolio of edited work (YouTube, Instagram, client projects, or personal)
- Awareness of current trends in short-form content and social media editing
- Good spoken English and the ability to explain things clearly and patiently
- A reliable laptop/PC capable of running editing software, a stable internet connection, a good mic, and a webcam
- Teaching or mentoring experience is preferred but not mandatory; passion and clarity matter more

Schedule

Class timings are flexible and depend on student time zones, so availability in the morning or at night (IST) is a strong advantage. Please mention your available hours when applying.

Compensation

- ₹200 – ₹300 per hour-long class to start, based on your skill and experience
- Pay increases based on performance, student feedback, and consistency
