Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhilai.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, editing video content for various platforms, and ensuring a smooth narrative flow that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing teams, adding motion graphics and visual elements, applying color grading, and optimizing videos for different formats and channels. The role also involves managing file organization, maintaining project timelines,



and refining videos based on feedback from stakeholders.

The candidate will contribute fresh ideas to enhance visual storytelling and support the agency’s overall creative output.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual tone across projects.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics into video content to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Graphics skills for designing or adapting visual assets such as titles, overlays, and simple animations.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software).
- Attention to detail, strong sense of timing and pacing, and an eye for composition and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhilai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or certification in Film, Media, Design, or a related field is beneficial; a strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion work is required.
