Are you someone who can turn a raw video, an idea or technical information into content people actually want to watch?

KMC Technologies is looking for a Video & Content Executive to join our Marketing team.

Your primary responsibility will be video editing and content production, supported by graphic design, content repurposing and publishing.

You will work closely with our Founder and Marketing team to turn ideas, recordings, technical information and raw footage into professional, platform-ready content.

? What will you do?Video & Content

- Edit long-form videos for YouTube and other platforms
- Create Reels, Shorts and other short-form videos
- Edit Founder-led videos while maintaining the natural voice and message
- Edit screen recordings and software demonstrations
- Add captions, subtitles, titles and basic motion graphics
- Improve audio and overall video quality
- Create thumbnails

? Graphic Design

- Create LinkedIn and Instagram creatives
- Design carousels and simple infographics
- Create promotional and educational graphics
- Maintain KMC's visual style and branding

? Content Repurposing

- Turn one long-form video into multiple content pieces
- Identify useful clips, key points and content opportunities
- Adapt content for different platforms and formats

? Content Production Support

- Assist with video recording
- Help set up camera/phone, microphone and lighting
- Organise raw footage and supporting content

? Publishing & Content Operations

- Upload and publish approved content




- Prepare content in the correct format and size
- Maintain organised project files and content assets
- Handle revisions and ensure the correct final version is published

? What are we looking for?We are looking for someone who:
- Has robust hands-on video editing skills
- Has a good eye for visual quality and detail
- Can create both video and graphic content
- Understands social-media content formats
- Can take raw footage and turn it into finished content
- Is comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
- Can work independently and take ownership of assignments
- Is willing to learn and work with technical/engineering-related content
- Can manage files, deadlines and multiple content requirements

?️ ToolsExperience with tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro | After Effects | Photoshop | Illustrator | Canva | CapCut | DaVinci Resolve

You don't need to know every tool.

Your ability to create good work matters more than the number of tools listed on your resume.

⭐ Portfolio is importantWe are more interested in what you can actually create than simply the number of years you have worked.





A candidate with a robust portfolio and less experience can be considered over a candidate with more experience but weaker work.

? Who can apply?

- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional freshers with a strong portfolio and practical skills
- Candidates from video editing, content creation, graphic design, digital media, creative agencies, marketing or related backgrounds

? Work ModelHybrid - 3 days from our Bengaluru office + 2 days remote per week. Office presence will be required for Founder/employee recordings, shoots, important meetings, events and other activities that require physical presence.

? Selection ProcessPortfolio Review → HR Screening → Technical Interview → Practical Assessment → Functional Interview → Final Discussion

Practical assessment is mandatory before final selection.
