Candidates with experience recruiting for roles such as:

? PCB / Board Layout Engineers

? Mechanical Design Engineers

? Thermal Systems Engineers

? Turbomachinery Design Engineers

? Electric Motor Design Engineers

? Hardware / Electronics Engineers

? CAD / Product Design Engineers

Experience recruiting candidates from industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Equipment, Energy, Power, Robotics, Automation, Electronics, or Manufacturing would be preferred.

Skills we are looking for:

✅ US Staffing / Engineering Recruitment experience





✅ Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, JobDiva or similar platforms

✅ Understanding of engineering skills such as PCB, CAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, Siemens NX, FEA/CFD, motors and mechanical design

✅ Experience sourcing U.S. Citizens / Green Card holders

✅ Good candidate screening and communication skills

✅ Ability to work on niche and high-priority engineering requirements
