Eduflute Academy is looking for an experienced and patient Hindi Tutor who can teach students who do not know Hindi or are complete beginners.
The tutor must be able to communicate comfortably in English and use English to explain Hindi words, sentences, grammar, pronunciation, and meanings.
The tutor must also have a Pen Tablet/Digital Writing Tablet and be comfortable conducting interactive online classes using live digital writing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The tutor will be responsible for:
- Teaching Hindi from basic/beginner level
- Explaining Hindi concepts in English
- Teaching Hindi alphabets: स्वर and व्यंजन
- Hindi pronunciation and correct sounds
- Hindi reading and writing
- Basic Hindi vocabulary
- Hindi words and their English meanings
- Simple Hindi sentences
- Everyday Hindi conversation
- Basic Hindi grammar
- Sentence formation
- Question & answer practice
- Reading simple Hindi passages
- Writing practice
- Listening and comprehension activities
- Vocabulary building
- Homework and practice exercises
- Regular revision and doubt-solving
ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS REQUIRED Since many students do not know Hindi, the tutor must be able to:
- Explain Hindi concepts clearly in English
- Translate Hindi words and sentences into English
- Explain pronunciation using English
- Communicate instructions in English
- Gradually help students understand and speak Hindi independently
- Adjust teaching according to a complete beginner's level
Fluent English communication is therefore an important requirement for this role. PEN TABLET REQUIREMENT The tutor must have their own Pen Tablet/Digital Writing Tablet and be comfortable using it during online classes for:
- Hindi alphabet writing
- Live handwriting practice
- Vocabulary writing
- Sentence formation
- Grammar explanations
- Digital whiteboard teaching
- PDF annotation
- Live question solving
- Student writing corrections
TEACHING APPROACH The tutor should be able to make Hindi learning simple, interactive, and beginner-friendly by using:
- English explanations
- Visual examples

- Conversation practice
- Interactive exercises
- Real-life situations
- Step-by-step lessons
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong command of Hindi
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Experience teaching Hindi to non-Hindi speakers is preferred
- Ability to teach complete beginners
- Own Pen Tablet/Digital Writing Tablet required
- Good Hindi handwriting
- Patient and student-focused teaching approach
- Experience with online teaching platforms
- Own laptop/desktop with stable internet connection
- Comfortable conducting one-to-one online classes
Freshers with excellent English communication, solid Hindi knowledge, and a Pen Tablet may also apply.
