Role Description: The Travel Advisor role is a full-time, in office position based in Faridabad. In this role, the individual will consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and budgets and design customized domestic and international travel itineraries. Day-to-day tasks include handling travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities, as well as providing detailed information on destinations, visas, and travel documentation.

The travel advisor will respond to inquiries, manage bookings and changes, resolve issues before and during travel, and maintain accurate records in booking systems. The role also involves nurturing long-term client relationships, promoting Travelyara Holidays’ packages,



and supporting group trip planning to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including customer satisfaction and customer service, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain travel options, policies, and itineraries.
- Practical experience with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transfers and coordinating tour packages.
- Background in a travel agency or similar travel services environment, with familiarity in travel booking tools and platforms.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, spreadsheets, and reservation systems.
- Relevant education or training in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; prior experience in travel sales or advisory roles is an advantage.
