Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-traveled Travel Consultant to design bespoke journeys for our clients. Your goal is to transform "I want to go away" into a seamless, end-to-end itinerary. You will handle everything from complex logistics and luxury accommodations to navigating local regulations and providing "on-the-ground" support.

Key Responsibilities

- Consultation & Design: Interview clients to understand their budget, preferences, and travel style to create customized itineraries.
- Booking & Logistics: Manage all aspects of travel including airfare, rail, car rentals, transfers, and lodging.
- Niche Expertise: Stay updated on current global travel trends, visa requirements, health protocols, and "hidden gem" destinations.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering 24/7 support for emergencies like cancellations or delays.
- Sales & Growth: Meet revenue targets by upselling premium experiences, insurance packages, and exclusive tours.




- Vendor Relations: Liaise with hotels, tour operators, and local guides to secure the best rates and "VIP" perks for clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Global Knowledge: Extensive personal or professional travel experience across multiple continents.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) like Amadeus or Sabre, and familiarity with modern CRM software.
- Problem Solving: The ability to remain calm and resourceful when a flight is canceled at 2:00 AM.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills—you need to be able to "sell" a destination through words.
- Detail Obsession: A misplaced date or a misspelled name on a passport can ruin a trip; you are the final line of defense.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
