Travel Consultant – Work From Home

Dream Goa is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team on a full time work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages and travel options.
- Explain tour packages, inclusions, pricing, and travel arrangements clearly.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead and booking details.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.

Requirements





- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Confident and professional approach while communicating with customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage targets.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, sales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
