Role Description This full time, on-site Territory Sales Manager role is based in Bangalore. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory by promoting MANI products to healthcare professionals and institutions. Day-to-day activities include visiting customers, conducting product demonstrations, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with distributors and clinics.

The Territory Sales

Manager will handle order follow-ups, market feedback, and competitor analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply and customer satisfaction.



The role also involves organizing training sessions for customers and staff, participating in local marketing initiatives, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

- Proven Sales experience, including territory management and achievement of sales targets.

- Customer Service and relationship-management skills to ensure a high standard of support and repeat business.

- Experience in Training and Sales Management to conduct product training and guide sales activities within the territory.

- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in Dental sales is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently, plan travel efficiently, and manage time and resources within the territory.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
