Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role involves managing the complete tendering process, including identifying relevant tenders, reviewing tender documents, preparing pre-qualification and technical submissions, and coordinating with internal teams for timely inputs.

The Tendering

Specialist will prepare commercial bids, support procurement-related evaluations, and ensure compliance with client and government requirements. Day-to-day activities include analyzing project specifications,



preparing cost estimates, drafting proposals, maintaining tender documentation, and tracking tender status and outcomes. The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders, attending clarification meetings, and supporting continuous improvement of tendering processes and systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Tender Management, with experience in end-to-end tender processes for EPC or infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret technical documents, evaluate project risks, and prepare accurate cost and bid analyses.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, liaise with clients and authorities, and present tender-related information clearly.
- Candidates should possess Proposal Writing skills to develop clear, compliant, and competitive technical and commercial submissions.
- Candidates should possess Procurement-related skills to support sourcing strategies, vendor coordination, and cost optimization aligned with tender requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
- Experience in water supply, irrigation, or infrastructure EPC projects is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tendering/ERP software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
