- Monitor e-procurement portals, analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and conduct strategic bid/no-bid assessments.
- Build bid timelines, assign deliverables to technical, legal, and finance teams, and manage hard submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors, perform cost calculations, and verify that all terms align with client and regulatory standards
- Solid project management, commercial awareness, professional writing, and advanced proficiency in e-tendering/portal navigation.
- Candidates are from Heavy Engineering or Fabrication Background will be preferred
