Job Summary

ITC India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Support Executive to work with our testing and calibration laboratory. The role is suitable for fresh B.Tech/Diploma candidates from Electrical and Electronics backgrounds who are interested in technical coordination, customer support, testing-related documentation, and laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with customers regarding testing and laboratory service requirements.

Handle customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally.

Understand basic customer requirements related to electrical/electronic product testing.

Coordinate with the technical and laboratory team regarding testing requirements and status.

Assist in preparing and maintaining testing-related documents and records.

Prepare and update MS Excel sheets, trackers, reports, and databases.

Prepare and maintain documents using MS Word.

Maintain customer information, testing details, quotations, reports, and other records.

Coordinate with customers regarding samples, required documents, testing status, and reports.

Assist the team in checking documents and information for accuracy and completeness.





Support QA and quality-related documentation as per internal procedures.

Maintain proper filing and records of laboratory and customer documents.

Follow up with internal teams and customers for pending information or requirements.

Escalate technical queries or issues to the concerned senior/technical team.

- Assist in day-to-day laboratory coordination and documentation activities.

Required Skills

Valuable understanding of basic Electrical / Electronics concepts.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Good documentation and data management skills.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Willingness to learn about testing, calibration, laboratory processes, and quality documentation.

Comfortable with customer calling and regular office coordination.

B.Tech / B.E. – Electrical / Electronics

Diploma – Electrical / Electronics

Freshers can apply.

Candidates with internship or academic project exposure in testing/electrical/electronics will also be considered.
