THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a agile, commercially driven sales professional with relevant Electrical & Electronics TIC experience to develop new business, strengthen customer relationships and convert technical compliance requirements into value-driven solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

· Drive new business development and revenue growth within the assigned market/territory.

· Identify, prospect and convert customers across the Electrical & Electronics sector.

· Understand testing, inspection, certification and field inspection requirements and position appropriate Nemko solutions.

· Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal, negotiation and commercial closure.

· Prepare professional proposals, quotations and techno-commercial presentations.

· Build long-term customer relationships and identify repeat and cross-service business opportunities.





· Collaborate with technical and operational teams for accurate solutions and seamless service delivery.

· Maintain CRM discipline, sales forecasts, opportunity tracking and regular management reporting.

· Track relevant standards, regulatory developments, market trends and competitor activity.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics / related Engineering discipline/ MBA.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant sales/business development experience in the TIC industry, specifically for Electrical & Electronics products.

· Sound understanding of testing, inspection, certification and product compliance services.

· Demonstrated ability to develop business, manage customers and achieve sales targets.

· Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and commercial skills.

· Proactive, accountable and comfortable working in a target-driven environment; willing to travel as required.
