Key Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on technical direction across the OPOP development team; review architecture, design & code for quality, security & scalability.
- Bridge the gap between engineering execution & the overall solution architecture, mentoring developers & ensuring adherence to coding standards & best practices.
- Resolve complex technical issues across the layered OPOP architecture (application/service layer, API-first integration layer, data layer & cloud infrastructure layer).
- Guide integration of core modules (Bhavishya, CPENGRAMS, Anubhav, DLC) with shared identity/SSO, validation, notification &
- MIS services.
- Support integration with external systems such as EIS/PFMS, PAO/CPAO, DigiLocker, Aadhaar, DARPG &
- Bhashini.
- Work closely with the Cloud Architect, DBA &
- DevOps team on deployment, performance tuning & production readiness.
- Ensure technical deliverables comply with DPDP Act 2023, WCAG 2.1 AA, GIGW 3.0 &
- CERT-In security guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:





- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
- 10+ years of hands-on software development & technical leadership experience on large-scale, multi-module web/mobile applications.
- Solid experience with modern front-end (React/Angular) & back-end (Node.js or equivalent) technology stacks, API design & microservices architecture.
- Working knowledge of relational &
- NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization &
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating with government/enterprise systems & handling authentication/authorization flows (SSO, OTP, DSC/eSign).
- Sound understanding of security best practices (OWASP, CERT-In), performance optimization & code review practices.
- Certifications (desirable): Relevant cloud/architecture certification (AWS/Azure/GCP) or equivalent.
