Workday Technical Developer | Bangalore/Hyderabad

We're hiring a Workday Technical Developer to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad!

? Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (F2F interview at client location required)

? Experience: 5–8 years of relevant Workday experience

What you'll do:

? Work on Workday Integrations — EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI

? Create/modify Business Process configurations and Eligibility rules/steps

? Analyze business requirements and write technical specifications for HCM solution design

? Review user stories/requirements, and drive development & testing

? Apply solid techno-functional expertise in Core HR and/or Payroll

? Build and maintain reports using Report Writer and Advanced Reporting





? Work within Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in ceremonies

? Apply knowledge of Workday Security to ensure proper access and controls

What we're looking for:

✅ 5–8 years of hands-on Workday experience

✅ Strong understanding of Core HR and Payroll modules

✅ Experience with relational databases and DB design principles

✅ Awareness of usability and accessibility best practices

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
