? Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1+ year experience as a Team Leader
- BPO / Banking / Insurance Sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Strong team-handling and people-management abilities
- Good understanding of Sales KPIs, targets & productivity
- Proven track record of achieving team targets

? Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team
- Drive sales targets, conversions & revenue




- Monitor daily team performance and productivity
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback & performance reviews
- Handle customer/team escalations effectively
- Ensure achievement of team KPIs and business objectives
- Develop team performance through continuous guidance and motivation
