- This is a hybrid position, so you'll work from home some of the time and come into the office at least two days per week to collaborate closely with colleagues

What you'll do
As a Talent Attraction Content Creator, you'll create, shoot, and edit engaging video and social content that bring our culture and colleague stories to life. You'll also help shape and produce content that aligns with our employer brand and tone of voice.
In addition, you’ll be:
- Creating and shaping content ideas that reflect our employer brand style
- Building content templates that support our digital and social channels
- Generating short-form content for social and digital channels that showcases life at NatWest
- Attending internal and external events to shoot and edit content across video, animation,
and social formats
- Building a strong understanding of our brand, culture, and candidate experience
- Using AI tools to enhance content creation and streamline delivery
The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and a proven track record in video content creation and social storytelling. You'll need to bring strong technical skills in filming and editing, along with the ability to write engaging content copy. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and native social editing tools would also be beneficial. In addition, you’ll need:
- A thorough understanding of content planning and execution across social and digital channels
- A creative approach, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- To be a confident communicator with great interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with colleagues from junior to senior levels
- Confidence using AI tools to speed up and enhance content production
