Duration: 3–6 Months (Internship)

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify hotels, DMCs/ground handlers, and transport vendors across assigned destinations
- Collect, compare, and benchmark supplier rates (hotels, transfers, activities) against market standards




- Maintain and update rate comparison sheets and supplier databases in Excel
- Assist in negotiating rates and contract terms with suppliers under guidance
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, availability checks, and confirmations
- Support due diligence on new vendors (licensing, credentials, service quality)
- Help prepare supplier-facing and internal documentation (rate sheets, contracts, comparison reports)
- Track supplier performance and flag issues (pricing gaps, service delays, availability constraints)
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure supplier data feeds into client proposals accurately

Requirements

- Pursuing/recently completed a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Interest in the travel/tourism industry
- Prior internship experience in travel, hospitality, or procurement is a plus
