Store Keeper – Catering Company

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage the day-to-day inventory and store operations of our catering company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain stock of ration/grocery items, food ingredients, cleaning & washing materials, disposables, packaging materials, and other catering supplies.
- Maintain proper records of stock received, issued, consumed, and remaining.
- Issue materials to the kitchen and catering teams as required.
- Regularly check stock levels and prepare requirements for purchasing/reordering.
- Monitor expiry dates, damaged goods, shortages, and wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of food and non-food materials.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase quantities/invoices.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the store area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, purchase team, and management for daily requirements.




- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining stock records will be an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass
- Responsible, honest, punctual, and organized
- Should be comfortable handling physical inventory and maintaining records
- Basic understanding of ration, grocery, food supplies, and cleaning materials preferred
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus
- Previous experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, or in a catering/hotel/restaurant store is preferred
