- Welcome and assist guests with seating and orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
- Ensure proper table setup and timely clearing/resetting.
- Handle guest requests and coordinate with kitchen/service team.
- Follow restaurant SOPs and service standards.
- For Senior Steward: Supervise stewards and support smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- 10th/12th pass; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
- Steward: 0–2 years’ experience; freshers can apply.
- Senior Steward: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication, grooming, and guest-handling skills.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
