- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Set up tables with cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other required items.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them correctly and promptly.
- Ensure proper and timely service as per hotel standards.
- Explicit and reset tables after guests leave.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and F&B; team for smooth service.
- Attend to guest requests and provide courteous service.
- Handle guest feedback and inform the Captain/Manager when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel SOPs.
- Maintain proper care of restaurant equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Assist during events, banquets, and special functions.
- Ensure the work area is clean and ready before and after service.
