We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (B.Sc Nursing) to provide quality patient care, support doctors and medical staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day nursing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their medical needs.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Maintain accurate and updated patient medical records.
Ensure proper medication administration and follow patient safety protocols.
Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition to the doctor.
Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and infection-control practices.
Educate patients and their attendants about medications, treatment plans, and basic healthcare practices.
Handle nursing equipment and ensure proper maintenance and availability.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and safety procedures.
Provide compassionate support to patients and their family members.
Qualifications
B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends when required.
