We are seeking a Staff Engineer with 8+ years of experience to drive architecture, scalability, and technical excellence across complex software systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in distributed systems, is highly hands-on, and can lead technical decisions while mentoring engineers and influencing engineering strategy.

- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, reliable software systems
- Drive key technical decisions and engineering best practices

Must have 8+ years of software engineering experience Strong expertise in designing and building scalable distributed systems Proven experience driving architecture and technical decisions Hands-on coding experience in one or more backend languages (Node.js/TypeScript, Java, Go, or Python) Strong understanding of system design, performance, reliability, and observability Experience with cloud platforms and modern engineering practices Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction Solid problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
