Job Description:

Designation – Assistant Manager Accounts

Key Responsibilites

- Preparation of financial statements and detailed Ind AS workings.
- Prepared various other workings supporting notes to FS and disclosures.
- Variance analysis of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet items, identifying key drivers and exceptions.
- Support Balance Sheet Review for AIL, Nepal & Srilanka.
- Coordination with statutory and corporate auditors and support audit closure.
- Preparation of monthly sales reports in line with global reporting requirements.
- Tracking monthly provisions, monitoring utilization, and ensuring appropriate accounting treatment.
- Support preparation of PPTs and backups for quarterly and year end board meetings.
- Support finalization of annual report of the company and suggested changes by comparing with various other companies.




- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of CSR-related financial data as per statutory requirements.
- Preparation of Financial Statements as per Nepal laws for Nepal branch.
- Upload monthly controls on SOX templates.

Qaulification and Experience:

Qualification – CA

Experience – CA Fresher

- Must have experience into Listed companies Audit
- Knowledge on SAP
- Should be confortable working on Accounts profile

This role will be an auto renewable contractual role, initially it would be a 2 years contract.
