PURPOSE OF ROLE:





The Senior Software Engineer - SAP Automation position will support all functional areas of our growing business which runs SAP’s Fashion Management Solution. This role focuses on SAP Business Process Automation, SAP Build, SAP BTP development to improve business processes and accelerate digital transformation. Candidate will craft enterprise-capable applications and develop solutions quickly by possessing a deep understanding of the business process and using all of our toolsets to deliver solutions to the business

Reporting Structure - You will report directly to a manager employed by Under Armour Global Services Pvt. Ltd. in India.

OUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities):

- Design and deliver SAP BPA workflows, process automations, and business rules.
- Develop applications and extensions using SAP Build and SAP BTP services.
- Design and support SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and OData services.
- Knowledge of ABAP, ABAP OO, CDS Views, RAP, and integration artifacts is a plus.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support SAP S/4FASHION enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
- Participate in solution architecture, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide Level 3 support.
- Follow development standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver projects successfully.
- Serve as Level 3 support for development issues the team cannot solve.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree
- Hands-on experience delivering SAP BPA, SAP Build, SAP BTP, Fiori, and ABAP solutions.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA development and extension frameworks.
- Strong understanding of ABAP Objects, CDS Views, RAP, OData, and HANA development.
- Experience building applications using SAP Build Apps, Build Process Automation,



and Build Work Zone preferred.
- Experience with SAP BTP services, integration, security, and deployment concepts.
- Knowledge of SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, and responsive application design.
- Experience in full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and support.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments preferred.
- Experience with the AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution), FMS (Fashion Management Solution) and/or S/4 Fashion, GTS (Global Trade Solution), SNC (Supplier Network Collaboration, SAP UI5/Fiori Gateway Systems are preferred
- Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Proven experience working as part of a global team is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and committed to meeting deadlines
- Must be a self-starter, proactive, and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate highly technical information in an understandable manner to non-technical audiences through writing and presentations.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various consumer, technical and business issues.

WORKPLACE LOCATION:

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our office.

Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
