JOB SUMMARY:

The Recruiter will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent across global markets. This individual will manage end-to-end recruiting operations, support onboarding initiatives, coordinate recruitment events, and drive grassroots marketing campaigns to build strong talent pipelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has experience working across multiple regions and cultures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruiting Operations:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) accuracy and ensure compliance with global hiring policies.

Generate recruiting metrics and reports to measure efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers by sharing insights on India’s talent market, cultural nuances, and hiring best practices. Educate and coach hiring managers on interview approaches, candidate engagement styles, and competitive offer practices specific to India.





Partner with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies that align with both business goals and market realities. Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment activities to create a seamless transition for new hires.

Event Management:

Organize and execute recruiting events such as career fairs, university outreach, and community initiatives. Partner with global HR teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics, marketing, and follow-up. Represent the company as a brand ambassador at recruiting events.

Grassroots Marketing:

- Develop and execute grassroots campaigns to attract diverse candidate pools across regions. Partner with marketing and communications teams to create localized content for job postings, social media, and employer branding initiatives. Build relationships with universities, community groups, and professional associations.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting: Compile and share recruiting dashboards, key metrics, and status reports with hiring managers and HR partners.

Must Have Skills:

- Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Operations, Reporting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Robust understanding of recruiting best practices, ATS systems, and HR compliance.

Good to have:

- Experience with global recruiting events and marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with grassroots or community-based recruiting strategies.
- Fluency in multiple languages a plus.
- Understanding of India’s labor laws

Experience: 5-8 Yrs (Recruiting or HR experience, preferably in a global or multi-region environment.)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree (fulltime)- Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
