Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru.

The Occupational

Therapist will conduct assessments of children’s functional abilities, sensory processing, and developmental skills, and develop individualized intervention plans. Daily responsibilities include providing therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with families to support carryover of strategies at home and school. The role involves close coordination with other professionals in the multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive, goal-driven care.





The Occupational

Therapist will also participate in case discussions, maintain accurate clinical records, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement and professional development activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Knowledge of Pediatrics and child development, including early intervention principles and age-appropriate therapeutic approaches.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Relevant academic qualification in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) from a recognized institution and appropriate professional registration/licensure, as applicable.
- Experience working in pediatric or child development settings, preferably in a clinic or early intervention environment.
- Ability to maintain ethical, evidence-based practice, accurate documentation, and a family-centered approach to care.
- Commitment to continuous learning, skilled growth, and participation in team meetings, trainings, and case reviews.
