Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our Implementation Team. The candidate will be responsible for testing websites, web applications, mobile applications, software modules, integrations, and newly implemented features to ensure they are functioning correctly before delivery to clients.

The role involves working closely with the Implementation, Development, Project Management, and Client Support teams to identify issues, coordinate fixes, perform retesting, and ensure successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand project requirements, specifications, and client expectations.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and checklists based on project requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, usability, and compatibility testing.
- Test websites, web applications, mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and software modules.
- Verify newly implemented features and changes before client delivery.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear steps to reproduce the issue.
- Retest bugs after fixes and perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected.
- Coordinate with developers and implementation team members to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct testing across different browsers, devices, operating systems, and screen sizes.
- Validate forms, buttons, links, workflows, notifications, user permissions, and data flow.
- Check integrations such as payment gateways, WhatsApp/chatbots, APIs, CRM, third-party tools, and other connected systems.
- Support UAT and client demo preparation by ensuring the implementation is ready for presentation.
- Maintain proper testing documentation and update test results.




- Communicate project testing status, pending issues, and critical bugs to the concerned team.
- Ensure all major defects are resolved before project handover or go-live.
- Support post-implementation testing and troubleshoot issues reported by clients.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of Software Testing and QA processes.
- Knowledge of Manual Testing and basic Automation Testing concepts.
- Experience in writing and executing test cases.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Knowledge of bug/issue tracking tools such as Jira, Zoho, Trello, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL is preferred.
- Good knowledge of browser developer tools.
- Ability to test responsive websites and mobile applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with developers, implementation teams, and clients.

Preferred Experience
- Experience testing websites, Shopify/e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, CRM systems, APIs, or business software.
- Experience working in an implementation/project delivery workplace.
- Experience handling multiple projects and meeting implementation deadlines.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology will be an advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years in Software Testing / QA / Implementation Testing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹1,552,073.22 per month
