We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our International BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Respond to customer queries regarding products, services, orders, accounts, or complaints.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet assigned performance targets such as AHT, CSAT, Quality, and FCR..

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.




- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Positive listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the process.
