PURPOSE OF ROLE:

The Software Engineer - SAP Integration will support all functional areas of our growing, global business which runs SAP’s Fashion Management Solution. This role will work closely with senior team members, business analysts, and project teams to build and support SAP integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO.

The candidate should have strong technical foundations and a willingness to learn business processes while contributing to the delivery and support of enterprise integration solutions.

Reporting Structure: You will report directly to a manager employed by Under Armour Global Services Pvt. Ltd. in India.

YOUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities):

- Develop, test, and maintain SAP integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO.
- Support integration projects and enhancements across the SAP application landscape.
- Participate in technical design discussions and solution implementation activities.
- Develop and maintain message mappings, iFlows, APIs, and interface configurations.
- Support integration testing, deployment, and production cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and work with senior team members to resolve incidents.
- Monitor interfaces and proactively identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and external partners.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
- Participate in on-call support activities as required.
- Follow established development standards, governance processes, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the integration team.




- Support upgrades, migrations, and platform modernization activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree with typically 2 years of related experience or Master’s degree without experience or typically 6 years of relevant experience without degree.
- Experience developing or supporting integrations using SAP PI/PO and/or SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Understanding of XML, JSON, data transformation, and message mapping concepts.
- Exposure to IDOC, RFC, SOAP, REST, HTTP, File, ODATA and JDBC integrations.
- Knowledge of integration monitoring and support processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to SAP CPI/iFlows.
- Knowledge of API Management concepts.
- Experience with SAP Event Mesh and Advanced Event Mesh is a plus.
- Experience with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, FMS, or AFS environments, is preferred.
- Experience working in retail, apparel, or consumer products industries is preferred.

WORKPLACE LOCATION:

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our office.

Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
