Role Description The Software Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support Curated Living Solutions’ technology-driven housing ecosystem. You will be our in-house builder of business systems.

You will set up and customise ERPNext for finance, procurement and operations, automate back-office processes through workflows, and connect the apps our teams use through APIs. You will own your work end to end, from understanding the process with the ops team to deploying, securing and supporting it.

What you'll do:

- Configure and extend ERPNext/Frappe:



custom doctypes, server scripts, workflows, reports and print formats.
- Automate manual back-office work such as approvals, reconciliations, notifications and data syncs.
- Build and maintain API integrations (payment gateways, WhatsApp, HR and accounting tools).
- Administer CRIB with the vendor: requirements, testing, user support. Guide an intern.
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude every day for coding or build AI features where they help, for example classifying tickets or reading documents or building workflows.
- Keep systems secure and backed up, and document everything.

What you need:

- 2+ years of hands-on development in Python, and one of Frappe/ERPNext, Odoo or Django.
- Experience of using AI coding tools for coding and feature builds.
- Experience integrating third-party REST APIs and building business workflows or automations.
- Working knowledge of SQL (MariaDB/MySQL), Git and Linux, and basic server setup.
- Clear communication with non-technical teams; comfortable being the only developer.

Good to have:

- ERPNext implementation experience; n8n or Zapier
- Flutter or Android apps published on the Play Store
- Exposure to property, hospitality or facility management.
