We are looking for a Soft Skill Trainer who can deliver effective training to candidates and help them develop essential workplace and employability skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom training on Soft Skills, Employability Skills, and Workplace Communication.
- Train candidates in Communication Skills, Personality Development, Interview Skills, and Workplace Etiquette.
- Conduct interactive activities, role plays, group discussions, and practical exercises.
- Monitor learner performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain attendance, training records, assessments, and other required documentation.
- Support candidates in improving their confidence, professional behaviour, and employability.
- Coordinate with the centre team to ensure smooth implementation of training activities.
- Follow the training curriculum, guidelines, and quality standards of the project.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant certification in Soft Skills/Training will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience as a Soft Skill Trainer, Employability Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, or similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Comfortable conducting training sessions for diverse groups of candidates.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Skill Development / Education / Government Skill Development Projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong communication, training, and facilitation skills are encouraged to apply.
