? We’re Hiring: Team Lead – Digital Marketing

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead who can take ownership of a digital marketing team, drive execution, maintain quality, and ensure that client deliverables are completed on time.

Role Description

Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Jaipur (Work with Australian Clients, Morning 7 am to 4 PM)

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

This is a leadership + execution + accountability role for someone who understands that managing a digital marketing team is more than allocating tasks—it’s about building processes, improving performance and delivering measurable business outcomes.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Digital Marketing Executives / Social Media Managers
- Allocate daily and weekly tasks based on priorities and team capacity
- Review and verify work before client delivery or publishing
- Monitor deadlines, productivity, quality and team performance
- Maintain daily task and performance reports
- Identify mistakes, recurring issues and performance gaps
- Ensure timely execution of content calendars, social media, SEO, paid campaigns and other digital marketing activities
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders wherever required
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, processes and quality standards
- Train, mentor and improve team capabilities




- Track account-level performance and identify areas for improvement
- Escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution
- Contribute towards client retention, revenue growth and overall business objectives

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 1-3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

✅ Prior experience in a Team Lead / Senior Executive / Account Management role

✅ Robust understanding of Social Media, SEO, Content Marketing and Paid Advertising

✅ Excellent task management and leadership skills

✅ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

✅ Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts simultaneously

✅ Data-driven approach to performance monitoring

✅ Strong attention to detail and quality control

✅ Ability to take ownership and hold the team accountable
