Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Social Media Executive based in Jaipur.

The Social Media

Executive will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms, including content scheduling, basic copywriting, and community engagement.

Responsibilities include monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages under guidance, and assisting in creating visual and written content aligned with brand guidelines. The role also involves tracking basic performance metrics, preparing straightforward reports, coordinating with designers and the branding team,



and staying updated on current social media trends relevant to clients and projects.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic understanding of social media best practices.
- Foundational skills in content creation, including simple copywriting and coordinating visual assets with design teams.
- Ability to support basic analytics and reporting (e.g., tracking engagement, reach, and follower growth) and interpret guidance from senior team members.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; comfort communicating with internal teams and, when required, clients.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and strong organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for branding, marketing, and storytelling; willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with design or scheduling tools (such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
